<\/strong>Im August 2012 j\u00e4hrte sich das Pogrom von Rostock-Lichtenhagen zum 20. Mal. Es waren die schlimmsten rassistischen Ausschreitungen in Deutschland seit 1945. Die Gewalt gegen Migrant*innen die Nazis und B\u00fcrger*innen Hand in Hand aus\u00fcbten, f\u00fchrte 1993 zur faktischen Abschaffung des Grundrechtes auf Asyl. Dabei war Rostock kein Einzelfall. Auch die \u00dcbergriffe und Anschl\u00e4ge auf Unterk\u00fcnfte von Migrant*innen in Hoyerswerda (1991), Mannheim (1992), M\u00f6lln (1992) oder Solingen (1993) haben eindr\u00fccklich gezeigt, dass eben nicht nur bekennende Nazis gewaltt\u00e4tig gegen Migrant*innen vorgehen, sondern eben auch Normal-B\u00fcrger*innen.<\/p>\n

Die Aufz\u00e4hlung andere St\u00e4dte soll nicht dar\u00fcber hinwegt\u00e4uschen, dass Leipzig keine Insel der Toleranz und Weltoffenheit war und ist. Dies zeigt ein kurzer Blick auf die Vergangenheit:
\nBereits im Sommer 1991 waren in Leipzig-Gr\u00fcnau Nazi-Angriffe und Anschl\u00e4ge auf ein Heim f\u00fcr Asylsuchende auf der Tagesordnung, ausdr\u00fccklich unterst\u00fctzt von Bewohner*innen des Plattenbauviertels. Im Nachgang zu dem Pogrom in Rostock 1992 wurde in Leipzig-Holzhausen ein Roma-Zeltlager niedergebrannt und auch das Notquartier der Geretteten in Lindenthal anschlie\u00dfend mit Steinen beworfen.
\nZwischen 1994 und 2010 mussten sechs Menschen aufgrund rassistischer, sozialdarwinistischer und homophober Gewalt ihr Leben lassen. Damit liegt Leipzig in Bezug auf rechte Morde bundesweit nach Berlin auf dem zweiten Platz. Ausnahmslos waren alle F\u00e4lle in Leipzig durch mediale, politische, polizeiliche und juristische Bagatellisierung und Verharmlosung gekennzeichnet. So auch beim letzten Mord an Kamal K. im Oktober 2010. Dieser wurde in der N\u00e4he des Bahnhofs von zwei Faschisten niedergestochen. Sein zweij\u00e4hriger Todestag ist mit ein Anlass f\u00fcr das gew\u00e4hlte Datum der Demonstration.
\n2009 wurde durch die Stadt die Errichtung einer neuen Massencontainerunterkunft f\u00fcr Asylsuchende am Stadtrand ins Auge gefasst. Die Lage wurde mit handfesten rassistischen Argumenten begr\u00fcndet. So sollten diese \u201enicht unmittelbar in einem Wohngebiet\u201c und \u201einsbesondere entfernt von Schulen, Kinderg\u00e4rten und Spielpl\u00e4tzen\u201c liegen.
\nSeit dem Fr\u00fchjahr 2012 schwelt die Debatte um die Verbesserung der Wohnsituation von Asylsuchenden. Dabei benutzten vor allem \u201cwohlsituierte\u201d Bewohner*innen der Stadtviertel Wahren und Portitz rassistische Stereotype um die Errichtung von Asylunterk\u00fcnften in ihrer Nachbarschaft zu verhindern. So war die Rede von kriminellen Ausl\u00e4ndern, welche Drogen und M\u00fcll ins Viertel bringen, sowie eine Bedrohung f\u00fcr Kinder und Frauen darstellen w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n

Es sind rassistische Sondergesetze, die eine solche Stimmung anheizen.
\nWir wollen sowohl den staatlichen als auch den gesellschaftlichen Rassismus bek\u00e4mpfen! Ein erster Schritt ist es, menschenw\u00fcrdige Lebensbedingungen f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtlinge zu realisieren. Doch wir verstehen Rassismus auch als Ph\u00e4nomen des Kapitalismus: Migration ist oft Folge kapitalistischer Ausbeutung. Viele Migrant*innen fliehen vor Armut und Krieg und werden an den Grenzen der Festung Europa danach selektiert ob sie n\u00fctzlich oder unn\u00fctz f\u00fcr den kapitalistischen Verwertungsprozess sind. Die \u201eunn\u00fctzlichen\u201c werden abgeschoben, wenn sie nicht schon an den t\u00f6dlichen Aussengrenzen der EU gescheitert sind. Die \u201en\u00fctzlichen\u201c d\u00fcrfen ihre Arbeitskraft zu Markte tragen oder andere, die es schaffen die Grenzen zu \u00fcberwinden, sind nicht selten jedoch von gesellschaftlicher Ausgrenzung, Diskriminierung oder Gewalt betroffen.<\/p>\n

Rassismus t\u00f6tet!
\nDurch Pogrome, Gesetzgebung, Abschiebungen und geistige Brandstiftung. Mit dieser Kampagne wollen wir auch in und aus Leipzig heraus die Auseinandersetzung mit rassistischer Ideologie und Gewalt f\u00fchren. Wir wollen an die Menschen erinnern, die aus rassistischen und anderen menschenverachtenden Motiven ermordet wurden, den Menschen, die in ihren Unterk\u00fcnften angefeindet und angegriffen wurden und werden. Wir wollen den rassistischen Verh\u00e4ltnissen unsere Kritik und unseren Widerstand entgegensetzen. \u201eErinnern hei\u00dft K\u00e4mpfen!\u201c ist f\u00fcr uns darum keine blo\u00dfe Phrase, sondern Handlungsmaxime. Es geht darum, bestehende antirassistische K\u00e4mpfe zu unterst\u00fctzen und mit dem Kampf um die Erinnerung an die Pogrome und die Gesetzes\u00e4nderung 1993 zu verbinden. Den alten und neuen T\u00e4ter*innen gilt unser Kampf, den Opfern der rassistischen Verh\u00e4ltnisse gilt unsere Solidarit\u00e4t!<\/p>\n

August 2012 marks 20 years since the pogrom of Rostock-Lichtenhagen which has been the most severe racist riot in Germany since 1945. That violence against migrants, conducted jointly by neonazis and citizens, led to the de facto abolition of the constitutional right to asylum in 1993. But Rostock was not an isolated case. Migrants and their homes have been attacked also in Hoyerwerda (1991), Mannheim (1992), M\u00f6lln (1992) and Solingen (1993). These incidents have shown that not only self-declared Neonazis but also average citizens consider violence as a legitmate means against migrants.
\nMentioning those cities should not neglect that Leipzig is not that tolerant and open minded either like its self-proclamation suggests. A brief look back: In summer 1991 there have been regular attacks by neonazis on refugee homes and migrant people in Leipzig-Gr\u00fcnau explicitly supported by inhabitants of this neighborhood. In 1992, shortly after the pogrom of Rostock a Roma camp was burnt down in Leipzig-Holzhausen. Not enough, people were throwing stones at the emergency shelter in Lindenthal where the rescued Roma were taken to.
\nIn Leipzig six people died between 1996 and 2010 because of racist, social-darwinist or homophobic violence. In statistics of right-wing motivated murder this is the second place in germany after Berlin. All cases were belittled or played down by politics, police, in court and media. The most recent case makes no exception: the murder of Kamal K. in october 2010. Close to the main station he was stabbed by two facists. His second anniversary of death is the occasion for this protest march.
\nIn 2009 the city of Leipzig considered erecting a new mass accomodation for refugees. It should be located at the outskirts, built from container units. The location was justified racistically: not too close to residential areas and especially far away from schools, kindergardens and play grounds. Since spring this year there is a heated debate about the improvement of the housing situation of asylum seekers in town. Within that debate especially well situated citizens from the districts of Wahren and Portitz made use of racial stereotypes to prevent the establishment of new refugee homes in their neighborhoods. Instead of solidarity, they were consequently talking about criminality, drug abuse or alleged threats to their children while talking about refugees.
\nThis athmosphere is heated by racist laws which discriminate people seeking for asylum in this country. We protest to fight this state-led and societal racism! One first step is to fight for humane living conditions for refugees. But we also know that the phenomenon of racism is connected to capitalism: migration often is the result of capitalist exploitation and oppression. Migrants flee from poverty and war just to be selected in useful and useless for the capitalist system as soon as they arrive the fortress Europe. The \u201euseful\u201c may sell their workforce. The others who are lucky enough getting their feet on the ground of the continent are regularly threatened by societal exclusion, discrimination and violence.
\nRacism kills!
\nBy Pogroms, legislation, deportation and \u201espiritual arson\u201c. With this campaign we want to bring racism and violence up to discussion in Leipzig and beyond. We want to remember the people which have been attacked or killed by racist and inhuman motifs. We will critize and resist against those unacceptable normalities. \u201eRemembrance means fighting!\u201c is not just some slogan, it is our guiding principle. We will support the fight against racism connecting it with the remembrance of the pogroms and racist legislation in 1993. We will fight the old and new offenders of the right to live in dignity, we will be solidly united with the victims of those racist conditions.<\/p>\n

Rostock tek \u00f6rnek degildi, Hoyerswerda (1991), Mannheim (1992) M\u00f6lln (1992) ve Solingen (1993) Sehirlerindede g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fcg\u00fc gibi, sadece irkcilar degil, halkda g\u00f6cmenlere karsi siddet uygulamistir.

En ao\u00fbt 2012, il faisait 20 ans, que le pogrome de Rostock-Lichtenhagen a eu lieu. C\u2019\u00e9tait les pires d\u00e9bordements racistes en Allemagne depuis 1945. La violence contre les immigr\u00e9s, que des nazis et des citoyens exercaient ensemble, menait en 1993<\/del> \u00e0 la quasi abolition du droit fondamental d\u2019asyle. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement de Rostock n\u2019\u00e9tait pas un cas isol\u00e9. Les actes de violence et les attentats contre les logements d\u2019immigr\u00e9s a Hoyerswerda (1991), Mannheim (1992), M\u00f6lln (1992) ou Solingen (1993) ont intens\u00e9ment montr\u00e9s que non seulement des nazis, mais aussi des citoyens normaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 violents contre les immigr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9num\u00e9ration d\u2019autres villes ne tente pas \u00e0 dissimuler le fait, que Leipzig n\u2019\u00e9tait et n\u2019est toujours pas une \u00eele de tol\u00e9rance et de mondialisme. Un bref aperc\u0327\u0327u sur le pass\u00e9 en fait preuve:<\/p>\n

D\u00e9j\u00e0 en \u00e9t\u00e9 1991 des attaques nazis et des attentats contre un foyer d\u2019immigr\u00e9s \u00e0 Leipzig Gr\u00fcnau \u00e9taient l\u2019ordre du jour, explicitement soutenus par les habitants du Plattenbau-quartier (nb: barres d\u2019immeubles typique pour l\u2019ex RDA). Suite au pogrome de Rostock 1992 un camp Roma \u00e0 Leipzig-Holzhausen a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit en cendres. Ensuite, l\u2019h\u00e9bergement d\u2019urgence des sauv\u00e9s \u00e0 Lindenthal \u00e9tait attaqu\u00e9 avec des pierres.
\nEntre 1994 <\/ins>et 2010 six gens ont du laisser leur vie suite \u00e0 la violence raciste, darwiniste-sociale et homophobe. Ainsi, en Allemagne, Leipzig se trouve en deuxi\u00e8me place par rapport aux meurtres commis par la droite, apr\u00e8s Berlin. Tous les cas \u00e0 Leipzig \u00e9taient marqu\u00e9s, sans exception, de minimisation m\u00e9diale, politique, polici\u00e8re et judicative. Le dernier meurtre \u00e9tait en octobre 2010. Kamal K. s\u2019est fait abattre par deux fascistes du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la gare centrale. Son deuxi\u00e8me anniversaire de la mort est le motif pour la date choisie de cette manifestation.<\/p>\n

En 2009 la ville de Leipzig envisageait de construire un nouvel abri de masses pour des demandeurs d\u2019asyle dans la banlieue avec des container. L\u2019emplacement a \u00e9t\u00e9 justifi\u00e9 avec des solides arguments raciste. Ainsi ceux-ci ne doivent pas \u00eatre \u201cdirectement aux alentours d\u2019une zone d\u2019habitation\u201d et \u201c surtout loin des \u00e9coles, des cr\u00e8ches et des aires de jeux\u201d.
\nDepuis le printemps 2012 la ville d\u00e9bat sur l\u2019am\u00e9liorisation des conditions de logement des demandeurs d\u2019asyle. Dans les quartiers Wahren et Portitz ce sont surtout les habitants \u201ccousus\u201d qui se servent de stereotypes racistes pour emp\u00e8cher des logements d\u2019asyles dans leur voisinage. Ainsi, ils parlaient d\u2019\u00e9trangers criminaux, qui apporteraient des drogues et des d\u00e9chets au quartier et qui seraient une menace pour les enfants et les femmes.
\nCe sont des lois speciales racistes, qui \u00e9chauffent un tel climat. Nous voulons combattre autant le racisme \u00e9tatique que le racisme soci\u00e9tal! Un premier pas est de r\u00e9aliser des conditions de vie humaines pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s. Mais nous comprenons le racisme aussi comme un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du capitalisme: la migration est souvent la cons\u00e9quence de l\u2019exploitation capitaliste. Beaucoup d\u2019immigr\u00e9s fuirent la pauvret\u00e9 et la guerre. Ensuite, aux fronti\u00e8res de la forteresse Europe, on fait la selecte entre ceux qui sont exploitable pour le proc\u00e9ssus capitaliste et ceux qui ne le sont pas. Les \u201cinutiles\u201d se font expulser, s\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9chou\u00e9 aux fronti\u00e8res mortelles de l\u2019UE. Les \u201cutiles\u201d, ou d\u2019autres qui ont reussi, ont droit \u00e0 mettre leur capacit\u00e9 de travail sur le march\u00e9. Souvent ils sont victimes d\u2019exclusion, de discrimination ou de violence.<\/p>\n

Le racisme tue!
\n\u2026moyennant de pogromes, juridiction, expulsions et d\u2019incendie volontaire intellectuelle.
\nAvec cette campagne nous voulons raisonner l\u2019id\u00e9ologie et la violence raciste. Nous voulons faire penser aux gens qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s pour des raisons racistes ou pour d\u2019autres motifs dedaigneux, et aux gens qui se font attaqu\u00e9s et aggress\u00e9s dans leur logement. Nous voulons tenir t\u00eate \u00e0 ces situations racistes avec notre critique et notre r\u00e9sistance.
\n\u201cRemembering means fighting!\u201d est plus qu\u2019une phrase pour nous, c\u2019est notre maxime d\u2019action. Il s\u2019agit de soutenir des combats antiracistes actuels et avec cela lier le souvenir des pogromes et la modification du loi de 1993.
